Monitors

vFire Core has a built-in Monitor feature that lets you create and view charts and graphs displaying real-time events and analysis.

A wide range of filters and rules can be applied to monitors to best suit your needs. You can also drill down into any of the monitor results, giving you immediate access to the calls, requests, tasks or SLM event involved. Several monitors can be grouped together and managed using a dashboard.

You can:

• Create a monitor that contains the specific information you need, displayed in a chosen format
• Update a monitor to update the type of information it displays, as well as filters, grouping and format of the display
• View a monitor
• Drill down from a monitor to examine an event involved
• Delete monitors that are no longer relevant

You can only access monitors created by you. Analysts cannot share monitors.
