Workflow Management

Before Analysts in your organization can start using the Workflow Management module, you must configure it based on your organization’s requirements. You can configure rules for forwarding tasks and requests, as well as escalation and activation rules, workflow templates, and other related options.

As some parameters are read from the database at application start-up, you should aim to make changes to settings when there are no Analysts logged on to the system.

You may need to log out and back in again to see changes take effect.
